                Drinking water filtration system(31xx, CVV)

                The sensors measure the pressure before and after the filter. With a registered drop in pressure it is time to replace the filter.

                Application examples:

                  Minimum operating pressure for burner-/ pump-starting

                  Protection against dry running of equipment (burners / pumps)

                  Function / operation condition-control for e.g. signal change at pumps starting or stopping

                  Maximum pressure control of equipment

                  Automatic export water supply in case of pressure decline

                  Over pressure protection of solar water heating equipment

                  Load/pressure-dependent controlled / regulated ( thermostat-) valves or pumps, e.g. at booster-/pressurizer-stations

                Magnetic pressure sensor with analogue output signal

                For liquid or gas pressure measurement

                Measuring pressure 0--4,5 bar/450KPa (21xx)

                Measuring pressure 0--10 bar/1MPa(31xx) 

                Materials with medium contact are approved to be used in drinking water applications (31xx)

                Functional Principle

                Movable membrane loaded with pressure

                With this travel a permanent magnet is moved relative to a Hall-IC

                The Hall-IC transforms the impressed magnetic field into a proportional voltage signal

                Plug on flange

                Proposal for possible adaption of the water pressure sensor with plug on flange in the customer application. This adaption is used at different customers.

                O-ring: 

                - 9,5 x 2,5 EPDM 70 shore A

                - O-ring has to be greased

                Proposal for possible adaption for the water pressure sensor with screw flange in the customer application. This adaption is used at different customers.

                - 14 x 1,78 mm EPDM 70 Shore A

                - O-ring has to be greased

                Mounting Indication


                The influence of external magnetic fields on the sensor signal may be eliminated by keeping minimum distances. Here are the dimensions for the minimum distances shown:
